This page described a supply of one billion $OMEN. That stopped being true, so it has come down.

200,000,000 $OMEN - twenty percent of everything that ever existed - has been burned, and the mint authority was given up long before that, which means no one can ever create more. Every figure the old page was built on moved at once. Rather than leave numbers up that are confidently wrong about a token people actually hold, they are down until the rewrite is finished.

Those three numbers are read from the mint account when this page loads, not typed in. A page whose whole reason for existing is that the old figures went stale has no business going stale itself.
