TERMS OF SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of lil OMENATI (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in [JURISDICTION] and legally permitted to use blockchain applications and digital assets where you live. The Service is not available where it would be unlawful, including to persons in [RESTRICTED REGIONS].

2. Nature of the Service

lil OMENATI is a game in which Bitcoin Ordinals you own are used to mine the OMEN token on Solana. During the preview, mining is simulated and no tokens are transferred. We make no promise that any token has or will have monetary value.

3. Your wallets and assets

You are solely responsible for your wallets, keys, and seed phrases. We never take custody of your ordinals, never request your private keys, and cannot recover lost access. Connecting a wallet is a read-only action and a signature only proves ownership; it does not transfer your assets.

4. No financial advice; risk

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and may become worthless. You accept all risk of using the Service, including smart-contract bugs, network failures, and total loss. The OMEN token is a utility within the game and is [describe token status / not an investment / no expectation of profit].

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to exploit, attack, reverse-engineer for abuse, automate unfairly, or attempt to defraud the Service or other users. We may pause, restrict, or end access for conduct that threatens the Service or its users.

6. On-chain finality

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We do not control the Bitcoin or Solana networks and are not responsible for their fees, congestion, forks, or outages.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of assets, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. [Add any liability cap and required local-law carve-outs.]

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION]. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].

Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] collects when you use lil OMENATI and how it is handled.

1. What we collect

Wallet addresses (Bitcoin and Solana) and the inscription IDs you connect, so we can show your miners and verify ownership. Public on-chain data, which is inherently public. [If you add analytics or logs, disclose them: IP address, device/browser info, usage events.] We do not collect your private keys or seed phrase, ever.

2. How we use it

To run the game: read which OMEN you hold, verify ownership signatures, compute hashpower and rewards, and display your account. [If applicable: to monitor abuse, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.]

3. Third parties

We rely on third-party services to operate, which may process your wallet address or inscription data: [e.g. Ordinals indexer (Ordiscan / UniSat), RPC provider, hosting/CDN, analytics]. Each has its own privacy practices.

4. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember your onboarding choices and session preferences. [Disclose any cookies/analytics and provide a consent mechanism if required (e.g. GDPR/ePrivacy).]

5. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed to run the Service and meet legal duties, and we apply reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. [Describe how to exercise them and any GDPR/CCPA-specific disclosures.] Note that on-chain data cannot be deleted.

7. Contact

Privacy questions: [CONTACT EMAIL / DPO].
